Ms. Kaylene King holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Northern Arizona University with viola, violin, and piano as her primary instruments. She specializes in the Suzuki Method Philosophy with supplemental work in Music Mind Games. Her professional affiliations and memberships include: American String Teachers Association (ASTA), Suzuki Association of the Americas (SAA), and Arizona Music Educators Association (AMEA). Ms. King is also a member of the White Mountain Chorale and White Mountain Symphony Orchestra.
Besides teaching music, Ms. King enjoys snowboarding, hiking, board games, and video games. She loves artichokes, horror movies, and Disney. Her weaknesses are chocolate and cheesecake. She appreciates jokes, full effort, and helpfulness.
Ms. King is VERY excited to begin this new school year and can’t wait to start creating beautiful music with her students!
